Delivery Time
- We ship all orders using Aramex Store to Door.
- Estimated delivery time is 8–10 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, Zuid Baba™ cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Strikes or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Zuid Baba™ is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt of the parcel. We will work with Aramex to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
